We have been nothing short of delighted with the exceptional experience that we have had with The Nathan Clark Team. Nick Ponos, our agent is energetic, professional, kind and very knowledgeable of all aspects of the home buying journey. He asked questions to best understand what we needed and wanted and he actually listens to the responses. He is very professionally dressed and is very quick witted. We have had so much fun with him. Who says buying your home has to be stressful? Every aspect of this journey has been stress free, from obtaining the loan (Eric and his team are top notch) to getting our offer accepted. Frank really did an amazing job helping us find a house. We had tried someone else before and when we met Frank ..everything changed we found a house rather quickly in a very crowded competitive market thanks to Frank and also his team. We had the pleasure of working with Bob and Bobby to sell our current home/buy. To say they were phenomenal is an understatement. They both worked tirelessly to make the whole experience as smooth as possible. Bobby was especially great with our boys and was awesome to be around. He showed interest in every home we were interested in and helped look at everything you could want to see during an open house. He was genuinely happy to help us find our dream home. Bob was equally great and was very professional and had our backs throughout the selling process. The whole Nathan Clark team was super friendly and helpful! We found the most amazing house but if we had to do this again, we would deff recommend Bobby/Bob and the whole Nathan Clark team!! You guys rock!

We are very pleased that we went with the Nathan Clark Team for our house sale and subsequent purchase. Frank Fusaro was our realtor and he was awesome! Frank got us a great price for our house and helped us find a new home in a very nice community that fit our needs. We are an elderly couple and at every step of the way he went above and beyond and we felt we were in good, competent hands. Kathy Murray was the liason for the closing process on our home. She has the calmest voice and patient manner which I so appreciated! On two occasions when I was worried or misunderstanding, she calmly walked me through the process or explanation until I understood. We are so glad we went with the Nathan Clark Team. It's a great team!

I had the pleasure of working with Frank Fusaro from the Nathan Clark Team selling my first home, and I am telling anyone reading right now who has any doubt, DO IT. The communication, concern, and ability for Frank to negotiate on my behalf was OUTSTANDING. He lead us through multiple, unconventional challenges, and every time a problem came up, we were given options, and he got right to work on the issue. I would not go to anyone else, the experience of these guys really is evident in the way they handle things! Highly recommended !

Bobby Andre and the Nathan Clark team did an outstanding job of helping my husband and I to purchase our first home! Our process was a little complex because we had troubles with our original bank… but Bobby was such a helpful resource throughout it all. We greatly appreciated his availability on weekends and after working hours to answer our questions and take phone calls. Bobby took the time to understand our home buying needs and definitely made the process easier and more manageable. We highly recommend the Nathan Clark team, and especially Bobby!
